These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Famobi Teknoloji Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi, operating as Famobi PLUS ("we", "us", "our"). Our Services include our websites (famobiplus.com, gamebow.com) and our mobile applications available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, which offer HTML5 games ("Games") and additional services ("Additional Services"). "User" means any individual accessing or using our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (which is incorporated herein by reference). If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.
2. Description of Services
Famobi PLUS provides a platform for playing HTML5 games and additional services. The basic version of the Games is free; however, extended or premium versions (and other additional services) may be offered for a fee. Any fees, subscription terms, and feature details will be clearly communicated within the Games or on our website.
3. User Accounts and Registration
Some features require registration and the creation of an account ("Account"). You agree to provide accurate and current information and to safeguard your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities under your Account.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use our Services in accordance with all applicable laws. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities;
- Infringing upon the rights of others or distributing offensive content;
- Interfering with the functionality of our Services;
- Using unauthorized software (e.g. bots, hacks, cheats) to manipulate gameplay.
5. Payment and In-App Purchases
Certain Additional Services may require payment or subscription ("Paid Services"). All fees are quoted in USD. Upon purchase or subscription, fees become due in advance via the selected payment method. In-app purchases are processed by third-party providers, and by making such a purchase you agree to their terms. If you cancel a subscription before its term expires, unused services will lapse without refund, except as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials available via our Services are the property of Famobi PLUS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Services and Content
Our Services may include integrations or links to third-party websites and services (e.g., advertising, analytics, payment processors). Famobi PLUS is not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties; use of such services is governed by their own terms.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Famobi PLUS disclaims all liability for any damages arising out of your use of the Services.
In no event shall Famobi PLUS's total liability exceed USD $60.00 per Account for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference. Please review it to understand our practices regarding your personal data.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via our website or email. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Term and Termination
These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either you or Famobi PLUS. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
12. Withdrawal Rights (for Consumers)

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received (including delivery costs, excluding any additional delivery charges) within 14 days.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Turkey.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Famobi PLUS regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Any amendment or waiver must be in writing.
